After a poor performance resulting in a home loss against Pittsburgh, Duke will look to get back in the winning column Tuesday night against Louisville.

Can Duke keep Louisville off free throw line?

In part due major struggles scoring from the field, Louisville relies heavily on the free throw line to score points. On the season, 22.6% of their points come via free throws which is the 33rd highest percentage in the country. Duke must make Louisville earn points from the field.

Kyle Filipowski’s engagement

For a large portion of Saturday’s loss against Pittsburgh, Kyle Filipowski appeared disengaged and frustrated. Jon Scheyer and the coaching staff will be wanting to see a locked in Kyle Filipowski from the opening tip Tuesday night. Louisville does not have a defensive answer for Filipowski – he should be able to dominate this matchup.

Louisville commits turnovers on 15.1% of plays which ranks 177th in the country. Their guards to not handle pressure well. With consistent pressure on the ball, Duke should be able to force turnovers and generate transition scoring opportunities.
